The detox program, which is included in the room rate, is specially tailored to suit the needs of the individual. The program includes yoga, meditation,colon cleansing, steam room& infrared sauna and guidance talks to help guests understand where body toxins come from. There is also a variety of massage therapies available and guests can make use of the steam bath, sauna and outdoor pool. The program coordinator will assist you to choose the best program that fits your needs.
